We are looking for a Warehouse and Sales Champion to help ensure our Christchurch Branch and South Island Territory are functioning at the highest level. This role has plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys working in a trade based environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Warehousing (receipting inwards goods, freight notes)
- Picking, packing and shipping orders
- Stock taking and inventory control
- Devanning containers and loading/unloading trucks
- Opening and closing the trade store
- Face to face customer sales
- Dealing with phone queries and orders
- Providing support to the sales team
- Account queries and credit control
- Maintaining relationships and instore sales volumes

- To be a self-starter
- Have great time management skills
- Good computer skills (word, excel, outlook and the ability to learn inhouse packages quickly)
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to follow systems and processes well
- Forklift licence
- The ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting.

Account Manager: Auckland

With 10 branches around the country, a reputation for technical knowledge, great customer support and an exciting product mix, Look Floors provides a pathway to your career in an exciting and growing industry.
Due to the consistent growth and expanding opportunities we now require another team member to support our team in taking the business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and empowered to make this area their own, we are on the hunt for our next star.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to maximise sales and minimise competitor market share
- Contacting and developing qualified new accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Working within a varied market sector including: Retail, Builders, Contractors and Architects
- Creating awareness of all product lines the company distributes
- Out of town expectation 4 – 6 days per month
- Flexibility to support the branch and other staff if required
- Maintaining exceptional client service and technical support
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent time management
- Reliable, strong organisational skills, self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop the role and make it your own
- High levels of initiative
- You must be willing to learn and up skill
- Solid computer skills
- Hold a clean driver’s licence
