ARDEX X 17 is a high-performance polymer-fortified cement-based tile adhesive with mastic-like properties, making it ideal for residential and light commercial applications. This non-slump adhesive provides exceptional workability, extended open time, and strong adhesion, ensuring durable and long-lasting tile installations.

Application & Coverage:

Walls: 10m² per 20kg using a 6x6x6mm notched trowel
Floors: 6m² per 20kg using a 10x10x10mm notched trowel
Substrates: Concrete, renders, screeds, plasterboard, fibre-cement sheet, existing ceramic tiles (internal dry areas), and Ceramic Tile Underlay (CTU)
